This community shoppe in Long Creek, South Carolina features a plethora of items that members of our community create, build, grow, produce, etc. 

To be able to keep this shoppe’s doors open is very important to me. We are not just an open opportunity for our local members to create an extra income, but we reach out with open arms to welcome anyone who needs it. We support visitors by providing directions, sightseeing advice, available resources including in-season produce and fresh eggs, learning opportunities, clean clothes, job opportunities, potential housing, and emotional support. 

To be able to lift someone else up in their time of need is the greatest gift. With that stepping stone, people are able to make significant progress that they might not have been able to make.

We are not meant to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders alone.

Does anyone know this little white truck? This is the second time our chickens have been stolen this year. Our chickens are typically donated or rescued and give back by offering their companion services and egg production to our community members.
Does anyone know this little white truck? This is the second time our chickens have been stolen this year. Our chickens are typically donated or rescued and give back by offering their companion services and egg production to our community members. If you are hungry, our community nonprofit has a variety of foods we share for free, canned, boxed, and fresh when available. If our resources are not enough for you, the Oconee County mobile food pantry visits the fire department on Saturdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. If you need chickens, we have the ability to hatch chicks and usually hatch chicks late winter. (Well, now we’re missing a main component… but we could have helped you out) If you need the money, I also have jobs available; part time, project based, and work/trade. Moral of the story- there’s a solution for every problem. If the first solutions don’t work, there are backups. Please message me if you need help. We all need help. You’re not alone and there is no shame. Confidentiality is at the top of my priorities regardless. Our community use to stand together to help each other. We have grown A LOT especially in the last 5+ years, but there’s still a bunch who represent that.
