We’re different-

About Earth Aesthetics

Woman owned, and mostly women operated, we specialize in corrective pruning, rose care, formal gardens, and natural landscapes with an emphasis on native, edibility, and permaculture principles. With our attention to detail, we work with your landscape- learning it’s ins and outs- to create an annual plan of action.

Earth Aesthetics helps women in all walks of life learn a trade and provide for their family. We understand that one of the greatest challenges women face today is having to be mothers AND providers. Therefore, we have been actively working towards completing our goal of building the “Full Circle Sanctuary.”

We have determined that there are three parts involved in creating our full circle. The first part is completing our temporary housing project, which will become a safe haven available to these mamas. Secondly, a nature based childcare program for all our employees’ and community’s children, as needed This program will have the option of being a full day service available during active working hours. Third, income. Earth Aesthetics, along with all opportunities available at our sister nonprofit, help to provide this as well as help with additional produce, eggs, and other fun necessities.

We work closely with women in regaining their independence and separating themselves and their families from their domestically abusive pasts. If you have housing or rooms available and would like to be added to our list of supporters, please contact us immediately 💗 Lack of safe private housing is our number one issue when dealing with domestic violence in our area. Childcare during working hours is number two. Thank you.

Furthermore, unwanted extra produce from the gardens we caretake, with permission, go to our “Little Free Pantry” for people in our community to utilize, located at Our Nonprofit. All produce past their prime go to our chickens, who in turn lay eggs that also provide for community members 💗

Thank you for your support!

It took me a long time to figure out how I could best serve this Earth, even though the idea has been riding shotgun the entire time. I tried double majoring in art and sustainable agriculture; I founded a nonprofit in art and sustainability. I sought out every niche in the arts to fulfill my quench, to satisfy my hunger, to hold my attention.  Even though there has been a lifelong relationship between my hands and dirt, and I didn’t once consider landscaping might just be the right path.

It wasn’t until 2018, 10 years later, that a light bulb went off in my head and I signed up to start working towards my Permaculture Design Certificate. I decided to turn my passion for the earth’s flora into a dedicated career.

Besides my Permaculture Design Certification, my SC Landscape Professional Certification, my NC Applicator’s License, my certificate in Landscape Design, and my love for books, most of my schooling has been done in the field through the power of observation, rabit holes of research, and trial and error. I hope to continue this education byway of curiosity throughout my life with nature as my teacher, but I also hope to continue taking classes as I’m able and help our community in as many ways as possible. I am blessed with an incredible son to whom I dedicate this life, and I hope to show him where the power of dreams can lead.

How do I think I can help you?

Some goals I keep in mind:

  1. To show people how to get more beauty out of their landscapes by treating plants kindly through proper pruning, soil care, and pest or disease management

  2. To work together with our ecosystems

  3. To plan and implement regenerative landscapes and gardens to feed whomever, whenever and to teach others about what food may already be waiting for them (you’ll never look at a “weed” the same)

  4. To open the box of creativity

  5. To create and embellish a world worth living in (or escaping to)

Wherever you stand in your understanding, let me work my magic and you can witness what attentive care can do to emphasize the beauty of your landscape. Stop wasting your money on an overabundance of chemicals and generic landscapers every year and spend it more wisely on finding solutions to save your immediate environment.

Thank you.

What people are saying.

“Sarajoy is dependable and easy to work with on a project. She has a knowledge of plants that is useful in garden design. If you happen to be away when your garden needs maintenance you can be assured that Sarajoy will show up as scheduled and complete the required services as requested. Highly recommend.”

“For the home gardener who enjoys working on their own landscaping, loves to learn, and occasionally needs help with new techniques for fertilizing, pruning, and weed and bug control, contact Sarajoy Booth!
She has studied landscape design and problem-solving in the garden for many years and is excellent at explaining what you need to know to beautify your yard and garden. I asked Sarajoy to help me learn how to hand-prune my bushes to make them healthier. Her technique works!"
